BettyMae is a tool for tracking perimenopause and menopause symptoms and for education. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified doctor. Using BettyMae does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship, even though BettyMae was created by a licensed counselor. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something in the app. The hormone-pattern insights are educational and are not a diagnosis or a measurement of your actual hormone levels.

If you are in crisis or think you may be in danger, call or text 988, or call 911. BettyMae is not a crisis or emergency service.

Keep your login secure and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Use BettyMae only for your own personal, lawful use. Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

You own the information you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it to provide the app, as described in our Privacy Policy.

BettyMae links to outside resources (such as the 988 Lifeline, Crisis Text Line, and Charlotte Women's Counseling). We're not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

BettyMae is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any insight or estimate is accurate for your situation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BettyMae Health and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or for decisions you make based on it. Always rely on a qualified clinician for medical decisions.

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
